TITLE : Senior FP&A Analyst
DEPARTMENT : Finance

About the Role :
The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing detailed analytical support for the head of
Strategic Planning & Analysis, IPC senior management and external stakeholders (e.g., Board of
Directors) to improve business transparency and decision making. The person in this position
will provide financial and operational analytics, budgeting and forecasting, trend analysis,
business insights, qualitative assessment of risks and opportunities, KPI tracking, and
recommendations based on advanced financial analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a financial planning and analysis background with a solid
understanding of the communications and / or network services industry, ideally with experience
working for a SaaS or recurring revenue organization.
How will you make an impact :
Assist with the creation and enhancement of reports and models providing analysis on
revenue, margins, expense management, overall P&L and cash flow.
Help develop metrics, analytics, KPIs and related indicators to support variance analysis,
business performance and results.
Work on ad-hoc projects for IPC senior management and Board of Directors to support
recommendations on business outlook, including initiatives relating to cost management
and other special projects.
Drive process and reporting efficiencies and reduce time spent on low-value activities so
more time can be spent creating value for key stakeholders and ultimately shareholders.
Engage in the ongoing enhancement of financial planning and business intelligence
systems across Finance and IPC.
Effective communication with others throughout the organization with respect to timely
collection of critical information and documentation to ensure deadlines are met.
Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role :
4-6 years of relevant Finance experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment,
direct FP&A experience is an advantage.
BA or BS in Finance or equivalent work experience, accounting qualification is an
advantage.
Industry experience in SaaS or recurring revenue businesses; communications, or network
services industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to business intelligence tools (like Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI) and ability to
help define and track KPIs, partnering with IT and other stakeholders is an advantage.
High attention to detail with ability to cross check numbers for accuracy and
reasonableness.
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization and work
strategically and collaboratively across departments.
Demonstrated success working under pressure and managing multiple projects in a
deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
Excellent English language skills
