Job Description
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Revenue Operations, you will lead the Rev Ops related functions / tasks for the assigned region and be a business partner to the Sales management of the region.
The role entails building, driving, and owning key processes and providing operational support for our Sales organization.
Your Focus
- Define / document / implement channel operational processes (, pricing, quoting, deal registration, partner onboarding) and assist sales leaders in deal sales cycle qualification.
- Proof weekly forecast with sales leaders and analyse variations
- Partner with cross-functional teams in legal and finance to inspect sales process quality and prioritize / drive improvements
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and drive processes to maintain CRM data integrity
- Develop / deliver training sessions for sales to enable the team on system usage, product knowledge
- Prepare and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to overall sales performance (, bookings, pipeline)
- Support alignment / maintenance of territories and quota allocation among all sales channels / teams
- Assist sales leaders with ad-hoc operational projects
- Coordinate with internal and external technology owners to maintain and enhance our tools (, Salesforce)
- Manage / recommend enabling technologies and workflows, including CRM, CPQ, PRM for sales teams
- Own process and data hygiene enforcement for CRM data
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of work experience in Revenue Operations, sales operations, or deal desk in a high-growth SaaS company
- Languages : Fluent Spanish and English
- Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems while prioritizing critical issues and mapping long-term departmental needs
- Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making. Ability to simplify
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration, and cross-functional team leadership
- Demonstrated fluency with SaaS reporting and KPIs and end-to-end revenue management best practices in SaaS operating model
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce and associated sales and marketing tools. While we have an experienced team you should have a strong understanding of all SFDC admin capabilities including validation rules, process builders, object design and layout, and native reporting capabilities
