We are looking for an analyst to join our Revenue Operations team within CX Strategy & Operations. In this role you will be part of a team supporting the delivery of quota / commissions, forecasting, budget planning and workforce planning for our Account Management team (expansion sales).
Role Responsibilities : What you'll do
- Support analytical / data requests from Account Management and CX leadership
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and presentations to track ongoing performance of our customer teams
- Partner with stakeholders in finance, product and sales to ensure data is represented in company planning
- Present insights to Customer experience leadership
- Support in preparation of data and insights for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
Role Requirements : What you need to succeed
- Expertise in excel, BI tools and data visualization
- Experience working with presenting to senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus : experience with CRMs, finance tools, SQL, data warehousing etc
