The Performance & Operations department is responsible to provide operational support to all commercial activities and support Sales Performance reporting and sales administration by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications.

As part of the Performance & Operations team you will support and enable the sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by using IT applications, providing and collecting data, forecasts, documentation, content management, system use training and operational support.

 

Key responsibilities of the department are:

  • Sales Performance reporting, Sales Forecasting, Sales System development and support, data quality control, sales process improvement and implementation.

  • Aligning people, process, and technology to support commercial activities and improve sales in an international and cross-departmental environment.

  • Handling sales administration by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications.

  • Supporting and enabling the sales team to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing data, documentation, content management, system end user training, and operational support.

  • Supporting in sales process optimization, performance metrics analysis and maintenance of communication and collaboration channels.

 

Key tasks:

  • Prepare and run Gate governance meetings (internal steps of maturing a project).

  • Document decisions and actions. Follow up on the same.

  • Improve and develop platform for Sales Framework by interaction with global team and best practice sharing with other Sales Business Units.

  • Coach sales teams on the governance model and process.

  • Interacting with many different stakeholders (Supply Chain, Transport, Sales Directors, Technology, etc.).

  • Monitor and track forecasting accuracy on short term as well as medium term and contribute to improvement of the same.

  • Do the forecast reporting for the region.

  • Answer to questions on forecast; what we believe we will make by end of month, quarter, year etc.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 Years work experience in Multinational Organization

  • University, Engineering or Business Administration

  • Team-worker, focused person, initiative, proactivity, and self-motivator

  • English language written and spoken.

  • Happy to work in an environment with continuous changing IT systems and processes.

  • Problem solver for end users in Sales.

  • Willing to grow into the same job with focus on long term support for Sales.

  • Experience with IT systems and skills such like: Sales Force (or similar CRM system) and SAP, MS Office, MS Excel, etc.

 

Competencies:

As a team member you will contribute to:

  • Prepare Gate governance meetings (internal steps of maturing a project)

  • Train teams and professionals in Team Selling concept, coach teams to improved team performance.

  • Maintain and improve the sales process and tools.

  • Educate and coach the sales force in the sales process.

  • Monitor and pursue system data quality and contribute to improvement of the same.

  • Monitor and track forecasting accuracy on short term as well as medium term and contribute to improvement of the same.

  • CRM champion - the one to turn to when issues or questions on our CRM system (Salesforce).
