In Spain we have hotels in Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. Mission of the position:The main mission of this position is to manage the hotel's operations to achieve the objectives established by the Company's management based on the defined KPIs (GOP, local sales, online reputation, HACCP, personnel costs and food, safety and health of workers), finding the balance between profitability and a culture of quality to achieve maximum satisfaction for internal and external customers. Experience, knowledge and skills required:University degree in Tourism, ADE or similar with Postgraduate Training in Hotel Management3 years of experience in the position. Microsoft Office Advanced User (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Property Management System (PMS) programs. Excellent command of English and Spanish (written and oral). Knowledge of German or other European languages will be an advantage. High communication skills, active listeningHigh capacity for planning and organizationExperience in customer satisfaction management. Knowledge of cost control, budgets.
