Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to clients, providing insights on product range and upcoming releases.
- Support existing retailer and shop owners, fostering long-term relationships.
- Implement up / cross-selling strategies when opportunities arise.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address clients' queries or concerns (order management, accounting, quality, production).
Profile :
- Business-level proficiency in English and fluency in German.
- Proven experience in outbound calls with excellent telephone manners.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and achieve targets.
- Consultative approach with excellent negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
We will consider candidates with a background in B-to-B client service or wholesale customer service, account management, retail sales, inside sales, client relationship management, telemarketing, or telesales.
