The Sanofi CHC Global COMMERCIAL DIGITAL Organization is a tight knit unit focused on delivering transformation and simplification within the Commercial Digital Landscape of Sanofi CHC.

The team will work on a multitude of digital projects, with roles remaining fluid adapting to the business needs, skills and the ever-changing landscape.

We are looking for highly talented digital & commercial all-rounders to enable true commercial transformation and drive a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

The priority will be to drive digital infrastructure changes within the organization to better empower the countries to deliver where it counts- in the store for our shoppers and to build love brands.

Our focus is on globally developing and deploying new solutions across CRM, TPM, Image Recognition, Business Intelligence and Commercial Data.

The team will help redefine what a modern Global Commercial organization can look like to enable Sanofi CHC as the best FMCH Company in the world and for the world.

Job Purpose

The Global CHC Commercial Demand Lead will be responsible for being the bridge between Commercial Digital team and the Commercial Organization (Global, Region & Markets).

He / she will work closely with the regional Digital Leads to ensure market requirements are understood and that Product teams are able to translate these needs (where appropriate) into a our core Commercial Digital solutions.

This role will be responsible for understanding the business needs and demands and translating and documenting them through our Commercial Digital ecosystem (all products, COEs and Data).

Commercial Demand Lead will be 100% digitally focused and responsible for managing the Demand for the Commercial digital Products / Data including local solutions where appropriate.

He / she will work closely with the Regional Commercial Digital Leads to ensure optimization of any country requirement at regional / global levels.

He will own the translation and prioritization of business needs to functional requirements for commercial specific products and data.

He / she will need to interact with external and internal stakeholders and support teams to deliver Demand Management.

He / she is responsible for the end to end process of demand management.

Key results / accountabilities

Understanding the business harmonization / transformations working hand in hand with designated BPOs & POs.

  • Responsible to understanding and challenging local specifications / needs against core model for Products & Data (working closely with BPOs & Digital Regional Deployment leads).
  • Prioritizing & owning the digitalization of KPI roadmap (Data Needs), including generation and approval of functional specifications for Data.
  • Gap to Fit for Commercial Data needs / sources for Product deployments.
  • Own the legacy solution roll out’ plan once new digital solutions have been deployed.
  • Ensure where change management is required transversally, work with Change Management team to ensure it is built and deployed.
  • Own KPIs dictionary and data source roadmap based on core model, future product and market requirements. Own 'approval' of new KPIs as part of scope authority.

Provide functional and high-level technical specifications as required to deliver the data foundation according to the defined KPIs.

  • Key contact with Commercial Data Foundation Lead’.
  • Own Demand & Data Governance and responsible for documenting all decisions.
  • Manage external suppliers to deliver demand management team within budget (deliverables focus)
  • Ensure Governance is maintained consistently for their Team and how it interacts with Core COMMERCIAL DIGITAL Governance.

Ensuring BPOs are present in key governance meetings to deliver decisions on Core Model adjustments.

About you

Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in Commercial, Commercial Digital or Data
  • Strong Practical and Theoretical Commercial Knowledge
  • Experience managing external partners

Qualification

  • Has worked in FMCG / OTC / Pharma environment
  • Experience translating commercial needs into digital functional requirements
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Business Operations
  • Work experience across multiple markets and regions is a plus
  • Knowledge of data governance principles (ownership, governance, cataloguing and quality) is a plus
