As a key member of our Global Talent Supply Centre of Excellence team, you’ll manage Talent Acquisition for senior positions globally for a specific Business Unit.
You’ll also be responsible for strategic activities and projects related to the Talent Supply Strategy.

What You Will Do :
Build effective relationships with the Business Unit to influence leaders to proactively address recruitment challenges.
Develop and execute effective multi-market recruiting and sourcing strategies that deliver talent for senior level positions, whilst putting the candidate experience at the heart of the process.
Leverage best-in-class trends, benchmarks, sources, technologies and master key analytics metrics to effectively track results and leverage data to drive decisions making.
Embrace and drive our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition principles, strategy, tools & process within our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Teams locally by creating an inspiring environment fostering a collaborative culture.
Plan, develop, manage and oversee TA projects within a complex matrix setting.
Who You Are :
You possess a University Degree or equivalent within relevant practice.
You have a proven track record of managing senior recruitments within a Corporate Unit. Experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
You have high Candidate and Customer orientation with excellent stakeholder’s management skills.
You have demonstrated ability to independently manage global projects with multiple tasks, while simultaneously being able to shift priorities to meet business needs.
You are result oriented with high sense of urgency, and ability to lead and / or participate in cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
You are a change agent and skilled communicator who can effectively convey messages to different audiences.
You’re digitally savvy, proficient in all Microsoft office products, and have experience utilizing HRIS systems (Workday is a plus), sourcing strategies, channels, recruiting metrics and analytics.
Fluent in English. German, Swedish, Spanish language is a plus.
