Are you an experienced sales passionated seeking a new challenge? Do you have a FMCG background and experience within the Global Travel Retail channel?
Reporting to the Global Travel Retail Manager, your main responsibilities will be :
- Manage Travel Retail customers to successfully implement & execute brand plans for each of your customers.
- Manage and coordinate annual pricing and listing negotiations, in partnership with GTR stakeholders and Controlling to ensure optimal profitability
- Leverage opportunities for growth, building the value of the company with existing and new customers
- Growth mindset, professional demeanor, enthusiasm on acquiring new accounts and developing current business
- Strongly collaborate with our (internal & external) partners
- Inspire & drive group wide GTR projects as a Travel Retail competence center. Establish a strong collaborative GTR network within the entire Henkell Freixenet group.
- Join an energetic export unit, lead by example and shape the future together with the senior management team.
Your profile
- Degree in business administration or similar and professional experience of minimum 3+ years
- Proven experience in sales, managing relations within the GTR channel and Wine & Spirits knowledge is a plus
- Excellent business development capabilities and experience in joint business planning
- Outstanding financial and analytical skills with evidence of profit responsibility, paired with an entrepreneurial energy and the drive of continues improvement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German and other languages is a plus (especially Spanish)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. SAP is a plus.
- You are able and willing to travel and to participate in events, fairs, roadshows, and partner trainings
