We are seeking a Head of Product Strategy to join our team, reporting to the Product Strategy & Operational Excellence Director. As a Head of Product Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision, leading competitive analysis, and defining product strategies that inspire creativity in our industry.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision
- Together with Product Directors and Heads of Product, develop and articulate a compelling and innovative product vision that aligns with the business strategy and our users needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to shape the product vision.
- Communicate the product vision to internal stakeholders, external partners, and the broader organisation to foster agreement and understanding.
2. Strategic Insights
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to inform and adapt the product vision accordingly.
- Lead analysis activities, including competitor product offering, market positioning and other elements that allow teams to make better decision-making and product differentiation.
- Lead the communication of competitive insights to the broader product community.
- Update the organisation on competitive dynamics, market shifts, and potential impacts on the Product Strategy.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture to encourage idea-sharing and innovation across departments.
3. Product Strategy
- Lead the Product Strategy Framework.
- Lead the process for implementing the Product Strategy framework across all the Product domains.
- Guide a long term Discovery mindset on strategic topics across the Product organisation.
- Together with Product Leadership, establish and measure Goals to evaluate the effectiveness of Product strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure agreement of main initiatives with our overarching product strategies.

- Leadership: lead and motivate a team, and to inspire them to achieve their goals - even without direct leadership authority.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences are essential to all kinds of stakeholders. Very good prolificacy in English both written and spoken.
- Work well with other teams within the organisation, and to build relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, and to adjust plans and strategies accordingly.
Hard skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Product management principles and best practices.
- Understanding of Digital Marketplaces dynamics and business.
- Expertise in conducting market research and competitive analysis.Interpret market trends and translate them into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for interpreting customer behavior and product performance metrics.
- Experience identifying and mitigating risks associated with product strategies. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the digital marketplaces space.
- Proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations to convey product strategies and updates.
