Main Tasks :
- In alignment with the BG / SBU strategy manage the profitability and continued growth of CZ products, services and solutions in order to safeguard and expand the company's market position
- Ensure that the unit locally reflects the vision and cultural requirements of the organization at a global level
- Manage corporate governance requirements
- Manage, motivate and develop the sales and marketing organization in accordance with CZ Leadership Principles
- Actively coach the implementation and use of Customer Relationship Management & Excellence Tools (e.g. CRM, metrics, Maturity Assessment)
- Analyze, predict and continuously monitor market trends; analyze competitive strategies; identify emerging technologies and define business opportunities and provide continuous feedback to the BG / SBU in HQ
- Identify potential new customers, expand "share of wallet" with existing customers
- Develop business strategies for senior level customer accounts
- Build and maintain direct contact with existing senior level customers
- Develop and support product positioning, branding and promotional strategies
- Plan, manage and monitor sales, profits, costs, inventory levels and debitors; track performance against
- key performance metrics; provide continuous feedback to top management and ensure the implementation of adequate measures if there is a need for action"
- Develop and maintain a professional network
- Manage and monitor internal and external processes, procedures and systems, suggest continous improvement and ensure that available resources are used efficiently
- Maintain and expand a knowledge base on industry, market and competitive environment
Requirements
Education : University degree in a technical, business management or product related field or graduation from a higher institution, or equivalent
Work Experience : minimum of 5 years of relevant sales management or marketing experience, minimum of 3-5 years of experience in people management
Specific : Knowledge detailed knowledge in sales development and operations, high intercultural acquirements, business fluent in English and Spanish, high set of social and leadership skills.
Leadership skills :
Build a strong talent pipeline through hiring, internal movements, succession planning, talent reviews etc.
Development of TWF plans to ensure optimal staffing and drive productivity
Guide team members and provide timely feedback to drive robust performance management
Invest in the team’s development by providing them opportunities like stretch goals / projects, training, coaching, etc.
Enable a culture of continuous improvement and learning, by coaching team members and role-modelling self-development
