Tasks in the role
To ensure a healthy balance between business needs, compliance with labour laws, and employee satisfaction
To ensure HR operates according to the labor law; in a timely and smooth way
To ensure salary payment information is filled out for employees and transferred to finance in a timely and correct way
To manage JDs, employment contracts, other documents, and forms for employment immigrants and local employees
Take ownership of complex end-to-end moves and maintain exceptional levels of employee service
Ensure consistent communication between all relevant parties associated with the relocation and local HR operations part
Provide assistance to employees with settling in in the country
Continuously develop internal Knowledge base
Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational processes and procedures
Who we are looking for
Previous experience in HR Operations
Knowledge of Spanish labor law
Previous experience in a global company in an international environment
