- Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Engineering or Management
- Master degree, an added advantageAt least ten (10) years of generalist experience in Human Resources preferably gained from a large-sized company,with at least five (5) year at management level
- Good knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws SKILLS :
- Highly analytical, organized and can manage as well as prioritize activities effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven record to work well with all levels in the organization
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Above average oral and written communication skills using the English and Cebuano language
- Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
