As Human Resources Trainee, you will support the HR department in their main tasks :
- To help with the administrative tasks relative with the personal and help with the department projects.
- To support internal communication (bulletin boards, Team Tube, etc.)
- To support the welcome of new team members and trainees.
- To collaborate with the achievement and tracing training activities.
- To help organizing social events.
- To support the selection processes of the new staff and trainees.
- Effectively develop other tasks that have been assigned by the department
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow :
- It is necessary to be studying a degree or course related to this internship opportunity
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office : excel, word, etc.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- English and Spanish fluently, other languages is a plus
To do an internship in our hotel is necessary to be able to formalize an internship agreement with an university or school.
