Johnson & Johnson Medtech

is recruiting for an IBP (Integrated business Planning) and Sales SupportSr Specialist located in Madrid, Spain, with experience in customer operations/Finance or planning.

This is a great opportunity to join the Surgical Vision team!

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

  • Collaborate/liaise cross-functionally with Demand regional team, Finance, commercial and operations to drive Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP) and support on product estimation and projections from market standpoint.

  • Own commercial demand estimation in Planning Systems (e.g. OMP)

  • Participate in Monthly demand Reviews by providing market insights on product estimation/projections and deviations.

  • Provide primary input for financial planning scenario (JU/BP/NU) considering existing business including Product Mix, seasonality, NPIs. Provide guidance on latest thinking base, including remediation strategies in case of deviation vs previous LT. Follow-up on daily flash sales.

  • Propose account selection for New Product Introductions (e.g NPIs) and supervise during Limited/Full market Release Planning. Lead on New product transitions forecasting (phase in/phase out)

Pricing and Commercial Agreements

  • Oversee Price Management on customer level making sure it is in line with company margin expectations.

  • Implement Pricing Controls Management/Approvals and provide input for customer data set-up in company systems (e.g SAP)

  • Supervise Commercial agreements, validate credit Notes and approve FOC

  • Supervise and track special orders and discounts.

Sales and customer ops

  • Implement standardization of sales ops processes and support creation/execution of new procedures and guidelines (e.g. Consignments Approval, FOC)

  • Supervise Backorder management, Allocations and Billing blocks, supporting business in identifying customer needs and proposing solutions to customers.

  • Oversee New customers creation, definition of procedures and supervise new bundle orders and Order to cash process.

  • Supervise Consignment Management process from commercial standpoint, including use/implementation of new optimization tools, banks approvals, and new order placements follow-up. Support on reconciliation for large customer groups/clinics.

  • Handle complex customer requests and complaints.

  • Complete Customer and territory alignment in SAP.

  • Work closely with Sales team and other company functions on customer/sales operations related activities.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Customer Operations, Finance, or planning

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Excel – Advance level required.

  • Communication skills

  • Analytical skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in Medical Devices

  • Experience in ERPs (e.g SAP), Reporting Systems/Business Intelligence tools.

  • Project Management Skills
