Job Description : Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Implement IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration and IT support plans and processes through installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems software and hardware in line with Galderma's guidelines and policies.
- Prepare scripts / basic computer programs to automate routine tasks using scripting and write basic computer programs
- Identify opportunities for improving application functionality, operating systems / networks and work continuously to improve their efficiency
- Resolve and analyze issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices increasing effectiveness and efficiency
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the IAM (Identity & Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) systems
- Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues, updating and maintaining and participating in audits reporting and identifying potential risks
- Provide training to new users on the IAM / PAM system.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master / Degree Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience / qualification
- Strong Identity and Access Management experience
- Excellence knowledge in savyint and cyberark
- Certification in cyberark
- Comfortable to work independently
- Experience in International company
- Fluent in English
- Proven verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross culturally
