This position reports into the IMO Project Manager Selfcare and will be based from our office in Madrid.

What You Will Do
The Project Manager is responsible for leading innovation projects in Cough and Cold and Digestive Health medicines and naturals from kickoff stage through launch stage (STT). This can include New Product Developments, Base Business, and Product Rollouts.
Composition of cross-functional project teams (e.g. R&D, Marketing, Operations, etc.), cross company (Kenvue Europe) and may include outside development partners.
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering project scope and managing risk, timelines and ensuring project processes and standards are followed. The Project Manager may be aligned to several brands and Global Business Units and is responsible for communicating project progress and impact of change, deployment and coordination of project resources, and the overall project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall project activities and accountable for achieving project goals on time and within the agreed budget. Have responsibility for project implementation, after the development and define phase is established, contribute to the definition of the business case if requested. This includes:
Project Definition
Project Planning
Assuring Operational readiness
Leading cross functional teams through each phase of the project(s)
Co-ordinating all activities to ensure project(s) remains on track
Timeline building and tracking through MS project
Monitoring and managing risks and opportunities
Estimating, reporting and delivering agreed financials
Liaising, agreeing, involving and communicating
Lead Process & Governance - Enable the fluid process and Sign-off across the EMEA areas of disciplines. Support the Sr PM in Lead, Identify, communicate, and resolve key issues with executive sponsors or key managers. Provide ongoing status communications to all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelors in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business & Marketing, or appropriate related field, Pharmaceutical and OTC environment is fundamental for the activities execution.
2 years experience in related field
1 years experience managing cross-functional expertise (R&D, Franchise Marketing, Packaging development, Procurement). Pharmaceutical and OTC Product knowledge is a must have.
2 yrs of Project Management experience
Project Management Professional (PPM) highly appreciated
Required Skills
Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of team dynamics
Broad business acumen with knowledge of project related finance
Knowledge of planning and organization
Experience with new product development processes and terminology
Desired/Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
Masters Degree in technical or management field a plus
Highly effective knowledge of organizational & business acumen. The program will a high level of visibility with upper management / boards, and therefore requires good skills in rhetoric, presentation and cross functional stakeholder management
