Execution of projects according to the agreed requirements. From project planning, controlling and risk management to the successful completion of the project.
Building and maintaining good relationship with customers based on partnership and efficient communication management with partners and the project team.
Securing the necessary decisions within the framework of contract management and targeted issue management. Effective communication with the Project Management Operations and the Technical Lead Engineers.
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports on progress to work delivery, schedule, and change requests for senior operations staff.
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. Proactively identifying changes in work scope and ensuring appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external clients to preserve project plan commitments on timely manner.
Run the financial aspects of the project : budgeting, forecasting, billing, etc., and ensure that the project is delivered within the financial requirements of the Business Unit.

You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution with a strong preference toward process engineering, software engineering, automation technology, or similar degree.
You have about three years’ experience as a Project Manager with a strong functional background in Software Solutions services.
You are fluent in English and Spanish and an additional European language (preferably French and / or German). Project Management Master’s degree and / or PMI-CAPM / PMP certificate is highly desirable.
Availability to travel up to 25% of the working time. Your personality! You have excellent interpersonal soft skills, including the ability to work well with people from many different fields.
Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Capacity to manage high stress situations. Competence in clear, concise, and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers, and staff.
