Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated Inbound Sales Intern to join our dynamic team for a minimum 6-month internship, with the potential for a one-year commitment and the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales role thereafter.
This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience and develop essential sales skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
How you are part of our success story :
- You qualify potential new leads into opportunities and bookings
- You report on CRM the status of accounts and the related performances
- You support the Inbound Sales team by analyzing and provide relevant metrics to facilitate the booking process
- Employing great communication skills through actively listening, inspiring, project confidence, and overcome objections
- You are comfortable with using the phone as your main communication channel helping our customers (business travelers) through the booking journey
- By selling and converting the apartment requests into bookings you contribute directly to the success of Homelike
- You demonstrate proof consistency and effort within call and workflow metrics
Requirements
What you need to convince us :
- A strong desire to learn sales in every aspect
- Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of telesales (cold & warm calling)
- You are business fluent in English and French, and your strong communication skills distinguish you
- You have a natural closing-mentality with a customer centric approach
- A high sense of responsibility & self-motivation in addition to a problem-solving mentality is exactly what you bring along
