Tasks
How you are part of our success story :
- Employing great communication skills through actively listening, inspiring, project confidence, and overcome objections
- You are comfortable with using the phone as your main communication channel helping our customers (business travelers) through the booking journey
- Thereby, you act as an advisor to our customers and guide them, for example, in their search for the right apartment
- You are a great mediator between our Guest and Our Suppliers, making sure expectations are met from both side
- You qualify potential new leads into opportunities and bookings
- You report on CRM the status of accounts and the related performances
- By selling and converting the apartment requests into bookings you contribute directly to the success of Homelike
- You work closely with corporate requests alongside with the Corporate Sales Manager and the Country Head
- You demonstrate proof consistency and effort within call and workflow metrics
Requirements
What you need to convince us :
- Experience in the field of telesales (cold & warm calling) for at least 1 year
- Ideally, you have first experience in the field of Inside Sales or Customer Success
- You have a natural closing-mentality with a customer centric approach
- Your strong communication skills distinguish you
- You are business fluent in English and German
- A high sense of responsibility & self-motivation in addition to a problem-solving mentality is exactly what you bring along
- You are located in the area of Valencia
