We arelooking for an experienced Chief Information Officer (m / f / d) tolead our company in its digital transformation and drive thestrategic direction of our information technology.
As CIO, you willbe responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive ITstrategy that supports our business goals, provides innovativesolutions and contributes to growth and increased efficiency.
The job description
- You will identify opportunities to integrate newtechnologies in order to optimize our business processes andachieve competitive advantages.
- You willmanage and coordinate all IT activities including infrastructure,application development, cyber security, data and programmanagement and project office.
- You will beresponsible for ensuring compliance with security standards anddata protection regulations as well as for managing IT resources,budgeting and cost control.
- As ChiefInformation Officer (m / f / d), you will not only lead a qualifiedteam of 13 people in a team leader structure, but also activelycontribute to the development of a positive team culture throughyour positive leadership style.
Your role involves not onlymanaging, but also continuously developing the skills of each teammember.
Your profile
- You have a degree in computer science orinformation technology or a comparable qualification.
- Your professional experience includes several years in asenior position in IT management, ideally as CIO or in a similarrole.
- You have in-depth expertise in theareas of infrastructure, application development, cyber security,data and program management
- The successfuldevelopment and implementation of IT strategies are part of yourproven track record.
- You have experience insupervising and assuming responsibility in the project office,including the effective organization, management and support ofprojects.
- You have strong leadership skillsand experience in team management
- You have aproven track record of working effectively with diversestakeholders and building sustainable relationships
- Your communication and negotiation skills areparticularly strong.
- A strategic mindset andthe ability to translate business objectives into technicalsolutions are among your strengths.
- Flexibility and the willingness to travel between the Coburg andHerbolzheim locations are a matter of course for you.
