IT Management (m / f / d)
Full-time (40 hours / week) / part-time possible

- Developing and implementing afuture-oriented IT strategy that meets the high standards of thehealthcare sector
- Ensuring the smoothoperation of our IT systems, with a focus on patient data securityand data protection compliance
- Leading anddeveloping a competent IT team, nurturing talent and deliveringtargeted training
- Close exchange withmedical staff to optimize clinical IT solutions
- Introduction of new technologies to improve patient careand clinical processes
- Responsibility forupdating and maintaining the IT infrastructure
- Planning and coordination of IT projects, fromconception to successful implementation
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal IT regulations in thehealthcare sector
What you bringto the table :
- University degreein computer science, information technology or equivalentqualification
- Several years of professionalexperience in a managerial IT position, ideally in the healthcaresector
- Comprehensive understanding ofmedical IT systems and the special requirements in the hospitalenvironment
- Expertise in data protection andcompliance in the healthcare sector
- Strongleadership skills, team leadership and interdisciplinarycollaboration
- Strong communication skillsand the ability to convey complex issues clearly
- Strategic mindset and the ability to link IT objectivesto the overall business objectives
- Commitment and reliable working style in demanding work situations
