- You havesuccessfully completed a degree in computer science / businessinformatics or a corresponding apprenticeship and have ideally beenable to gain initial experience in the housing industry.
- It is important to us that you have stronganalytical and conceptual skills, combine teamwork with a highdegree of initiative and do not lose sight of the goal in stressfulsituations.
- Knowledge and experience ofworking in the WODIS-Sigma system would be an advantage.
Your tasks :
- You will ensure the smooth operation of IT inour company and help users with any questions that arise in thisregard.
- You will also monitor compliancewith the contracts concluded with service providers and check theirinvoices.
- In coordination with thespecialist departments, you plan the introduction of new programsand their integration into the existing system landscape andprovide expected costs for the business plans.
- In addition, the management of IT projects and activeparticipation in the optimization of processes is a constant task.
- You will be responsible for preparingevaluations and reports for the specialist departments and companymanagement.
