What you can look forward to
- Advising clients on the use of our tools and exemplifying our principles and values
- Application support, administration, installation, bug fixing and configuration of the tools
- Creation, further development and maintenance of overarching methods and techniques in the software development process
- Conducting training sessions on our methods and tools
- Implementation of customer requirements (e.g. plugins) that support the use of the tools
- Monitoring the market for current developments, innovations in the software development process
What you bring with you
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, organizational development or training as an IT specialist
- Very good knowledge of classic process models, methods in software development or agile approaches
- Good knowledge of application support or as a server function manager
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (focus on Java)
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN notations or domain-driven design
- Knowledge of working techniques such as moderation techniques, presentation techniques, visualization techniques
- Strong self-organization and personal responsibility as well as conflict and argumentation skills
