What you can look forward to
- Advising clients on the use of our tools andexemplifying our principles and values
- Application support, administration, installation, bug fixing andconfiguration of the tools
- Creation, furtherdevelopment and maintenance of overarching methods and techniquesin the software development process
- Conducting training sessions on our methods and tools
- Implementation of customer requirements (e.g. plugins)that support the use of the tools
- Monitoringthe market for current developments, innovations in the softwaredevelopment process
What youbring with you
- Degree in computerscience, business informatics, organizational development ortraining as an IT specialist
- Very goodknowledge of classic process models, methods in softwaredevelopment or agile approaches
- Goodknowledge of application support or as a server function manager
- Good knowledge of object-orientedprogramming languages (focus on Java)
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN notations or domain-driven design
- Knowledge of working techniques such asmoderation techniques, presentation techniques, visualizationtechniques
- Strong self-organization andpersonal responsibility as well as conflict and argumentationskills
