ICT employee (m / f / d) in the Service Center department.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
You ...
- administer, configure and parameterize the specialist applications "communication system", "guard alarm", "alarm app" and ensure operation through service, maintenance and support
- are also responsible for the administration, configuration and parameterization of the IT systems / IT procedures "Business Telephony", "Programming Infrastructure in Digital Radio", "Radio Alarm Receiver" and the "Direct Wave Radio Network" as well as the associated components
- carry out procurements and awards independently
- develop, plan and work out cross-functional solutions for the trades in your area of responsibility in a collegial exchange
- take part in the on-call service (alternating between departments)

We offer you a future-oriented job in Cologne with a modern employer with all the advantages of the public sector and a regulated weekly working time of 39 hours for employees covered by collective agreements or 41 hours for civil servants with a high degree of flexibility within the scope of office-specific possibilities.
The position is permanent and is available both part-time and full-time.
The position is graded according to salary group A10 career group 2, 1st entry level LBesG NRW (Salary Act for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, formerly higher service) or according to pay group 10 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD).
The salary range in pay group 10 (TVöD-IKT) is currently between 3,492.26 euros (experience level 1) and 4,950.36 euros (experience level 6).
In addition to the monthly table salary, you will receive a monthly inflation adjustment of 220 euros until February 29, 2024 (net, for full-time employment, pro rata for part-time employment).
From March 1, 2024, the monthly table pay will increase by a (basic) amount of EUR 200 and the amount then increased by a further 5.
5 percent on a straight-line basis. The total increase will be at least 340 euros (gross).
Your professional experience will be taken into account when assigning you to the experience level within the pay group, insofar as this is possible under collective bargaining law.
