What you canexpect
As a Business Analyst, you will workwith various specialist departments of the Directorate to collect,evaluate, document and manage the technical requirements for ITsupport of business processes, in particular for the introductionof e-file solutions.
You will carry out analyses and optimizationsof sometimes complex processes while at the same time consideringthe respective framework conditions and design or model(alternative) solution concepts together with the specialistarchitects.
As part of change management, yousupport the implementation of the solutions.

You have
- a successfully completed university degree in the fieldof computer science, administrative informatics or businessinformatics or
- a successfully completeduniversity degree
- particularly outstanding specialist knowledgewith several years (at least two years) of practical experience inthe field of requirements management and in accompanyingorganizational changes
Inparticular, you bring with you
- Specialist knowledge : Knowledge of the methods and tools ofrequirements management and the requirements management process, ITand technology knowledge, experience in digitization projects
- Service and service orientation
- Communication skills, especially presentation andnegotiation skills
