Your field of activity
- Administration of the IT infrastructure in administration and production
- Administration of Microsoft 365 services and applications as well as standard applications and industry-specific applications.
- Optimization of IT systems
- Installation of hardware and software
- Communication with our system house and other IT suppliers.
- 1st & 2nd level support in administration and production.
- Troubleshooting
- Processing internal IT tickets
Your profile
- At least completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT administration, preferably in manufacturing companies.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services and applications
- Knowledge of local area networks, endpoints and peripherals.
- Optional experience with Baramundi Management Suite
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in written and spoken German
