Your tasks
- Analyzing and solving IT user problems thatarise
- Independent development of solutionsfor various topics
- Installation,configuration and support of end devices (PC, notebook, printer)
- Maintenance and expansion of userdocumentation
- Various administrative tasksand taking on project work
- Optimization ofexisting IT processes
- Coordination ofexternal service providers and partners
Your profile
- Completedtraining as an IT specialist (m / f / d) with a focus on systemintegration or similar
- Good knowledge ofMicrosoft (server) operating systems
- Goodknowledge of Microsoft applications and other common software
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies(Azure Ad, Microsoft Defender)
- Knowledge ofHPe hardware (server, storage)
- Basicknowledge in the areas of network (LAN, WAN WLAN, SAN), firewall
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange andMicrosoft SQL Server
- Programming skills inPowerShell or Windows Scripting Host are desirable
- Experience in user service, client support and remotesupport
- Good communication skills in Germanand English
