What’s the opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Knowledge Management Specialist, to support the team with a wide range of tasks related to ensuring that all its members have access to the knowledge needed to achieve the company’s objectives.
What will I be doing?
- Identify knowledge needs from different inputs
- Collaborate and coordinate with different stakeholders to design and implement learning plans for different needs
- Collaborate and coordinate with different stakeholders to put together a knowledge catalog
- Create and follow a knowledge agenda of general training, lectures, talks, etc.
- Collaborate and coordinate with different stakeholders to systematize IT documentation
What skills do I need?
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or other careers demonstrating a very strong technological background
- Relevant experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Fluent in English
