Job Description
NextLink is looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in applying a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, project management skills, and technical expertise to effectively communicate complex concepts to
management level non-technical audiences in a compelling and understandable manner.
Key Responsabilities :
- Gather information from various sources including meetings, reports, and data.
- Translate complex concepts, strategies, or technical details into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations suitable for management-level audiences.
- Design and develop slides using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) to effectively communicate key messages and insights.
- Ensure slides adhere to organizational branding and formatting guidelines.
- Leverage IT background to understand technical concepts, terminology, and industry trends, ensuring accurate representation in presentations.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and management by effectively communicating IT-related information in a business context.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather supporting data, statistics, and examples to strengthen presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate information and ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project teams, to understand requirements and align presentation content with strategic objectives.
- Solicit feedback and incorporate revisions to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of presentation projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and resources.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, presentation techniques, and technology trends to enhance the quality and effectiveness of presentations.
- Seek feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.
Requirements
- Experience as IT Project Manager, of at least 4-6 years
- Experience in developing management-level presentations
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to simplify and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Working experience with an IT background, understanding of IT concepts and terminology
- Analytical skills for gathering and interpreting data
- Attention to detail, particularly in formatting and design
- Project management skills, including time management and prioritization
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Continuous learning and adaptability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Fluent english. Spanish would be nice to have.
- Strong agile mindset and experience in collaborating in agile teams and environments
- Familiar with agile ways of working (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong experience working in international environments and familiar / Comfortable with Global projects
- Experience in a highly regulated environment preferably Pharma would be a plus
- Project Management certification desired
