As an agile,owner-managed service company based in Berlin, we have been on theGerman market for almost 15 years and offer our customers "IT as aService".
We currently manage the infrastructure for around 10,000of our customers' employees, provide IT support and help themdesign and implement their digital projects.
With our solution, wegive small and medium-sized companies access to enterprise-leveltechnologies such as XenDesktop, automated deployment andmulti-level firewall concepts.
We divide ourservices into seven service areas. The "End devices andperipherals" service is responsible for the production, provisionand remote support of all the customer's work equipment.
We are on course for growth, which is why we arelooking forward to welcoming new colleagues to our office in theheart of Berlin to provide support, particularly in the productionof end devices.
These are your tasks :
- You are responsible for theinitial setup of laptops and thin clients based on the standardprocess
- As a 2nd level agent, you willactively participate in the remote support of thin and fat clientsand their peripherals
- You respond toautomatic warnings from our RMM and fix the problem on the customerdevices
- You test devices for which remotesupport is not possible in the office and restore theirfunctionality
- You will also be responsiblefor handling guarantee and warranty cases with the respectivemanufacturer of the goods
Whatyou should bring with you :
- Youhave professional experience with end devices and softwaredistribution
- You have good knowledge ofMicrosoft environments and clients
- Knowledgeof thin client operating systems such as IGEL UMS and Stratodesk isan advantage for you
- You work precisely andcalmly, especially when troubleshooting or other work under highcustomer pressure
- You communicateprofessionally with our customers in German at a level of at leastC1
