As a Product Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies that effectively communicate our brand and product offerings to our global audience.

The Role
What will you be doing :
- Translate and localize Product Content such as UI and support documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain deep knowledge of product features and goals.
- Create UX-driven, informative content that aligns with Factorial’s tone of voice and business objectives.
- Analyze content performance, making improvements when needed.
- Participate in content audits with other Product Content Specialists
- Deep-dive into specific content challenges in team workshop sessions
Your Profile
What you bring :
- Fluent level Italian and excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in content creation , with a focus on localization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - coffee helps.
- Keen to work in a team - it takes a village!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - you may need juggling skills
