You will assist in all cost and procurement management processes and timely delivery of services. You will develop knowledge and experience in the following:Quantification of construction works and activities. Cost estimating. Cost planning. Value engineering. Procurement. TenderingPost-contract cost control. Administration of different forms of construction contract. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist in the preparation of order of cost estimates, option studies, cost plans, cost-in-use studies. Support tender documentation preparation and tender process management, including designing tender marking schemesAssist Cost Managers with the evaluation and reporting of tenders. Participate in the valuation of completed work and arranging for payments. Give assistance in the preparation and settlement of final accounts. Preparation of reports to customers. Experience, Knowledge and Key SkillsSpanish and English fluent speakerClear and effective communication skills - both oral and written. Methodical way of thinking and approach to work. Good organisation, problem-solving and negotiating skills. Numeracy management skills. Sound ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;Ability to work as part of a team.
