Your mission :

To support and accelerate our growth, we have developed over the past few years a large network of distribution partners - in real estate, banking, the web - who offer the papernest solution to their customers who are moving or who simply want to optimize their current contracts.

As a Strategic Business Developer within the Strategic Partnerships team (40+ people in our 3 markets), you will participate in the development of new partnerships for the Spanish Market, the operational and technical implementation with our partners and the follow-up of the activity.

• Support the Strategic Partnerships team in Business Development activities: research and acquisition of new partners, as well as launching key collaborations.

• Independent development of new partnerships : identification, negotiation, and closing of new business opportunities.

• Management of partner portfolios: guiding our partners over time through tailored support, coaching, and follow-up activities.

• Reporting: performance analysis, construction of monitoring tables and dedicated reports, identification of levers for improving performance.

• Support for the implementation of our sales strategy: coordination with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, CRM), preparation of business reviews in conjunction with the Manager, monitoring of the action plan

About you :

  • Native in Spanish and you are fluent in English (B2/C1 level)
  • 1 to 3 years experience in Business Development and/or Partnerships, ideally in a fast-growing environment (start-up/scale-up)
  • You are energetic, team player, enthusiastic to develop new ideas, curious and pragmatic
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, but also good analytical skills
