About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Network Automation and Optimization Specialist to join our growing team.
With at least 10 years of hands-on experience, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions to maximize network efficiency and performance.
You will leverage your expertise in Ansible, Python, and ServiceNow integration to seamlessly integrate automation into our operations, fostering continuous service improvement and a future-proof infrastructure.
Responsibilities :
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in network automation and optimization with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate in-depth expertise in Ansible and Python scripting, capable of crafting elegant and efficient solutions.
- Possess extensive experience with ServiceNow integration, seamlessly bridging automation efforts with service management workflows.
- Master the utilization of network monitoring tools, proactively identifying and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
- Champion continuous service improvement (CSI) methodologies, consistently seeking ways to optimize network operations.
- Strong understanding of network security principles for secure and reliable automation implementations.
- Meticulously document and share knowledge of automation best practices to empower the team.
- Foster a collaborative spirit, working effectively with network engineers, operations, and IT teams to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in network automation and optimization with a proven track record of success.
- Deep proficiency in Ansible and Python scripting.
- Network Certification in CCNP or equivalent.
- Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow integration and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize network performance using monitoring tools and identify root causes of issues.
- Experience with continuous service improvement (CSI) methodologies is a must.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in network automation technologies.
