The role
As IT LeadManhattan Warehouse Management, your key responsibilities will include the following :
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Lead Manhattan WMS support project, ensuring a smooth planning & execution
- Lead incident management team to support resolution and root cause analyses
- Document and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable Manhattan WMS configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and deliverables
- Minimise disruption to operations during system changes
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Implement robust change management processes to assess, approve, and deploy modifications to the Manhattan WMS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5+ year experience of working with WMS Manhattan
- 3+ years experience working in a IT Lead role
- Spanish language proficiency is must
- Experience working in offshore delivery model
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Able to work in fast-moving, complex organisations
- Proactive, motivated, and highly organised approach
- Understanding of integrations
