Your responsibilities and impact working asa IT Technical Lead will be :
- Responsible for managing escalations within the GTSFunction Onsite scope.
- Responsible formonitoring service quality according to KPI’s, creating reports,and data analysis.
- Proactively identify gaps,propose improvement actions, and explore solutions.
- Build profitable relationships with vendors andthird-parties, with the ability to negotiate and procure, alignedwith budget control.
- Maintain confidentialitywhen dealing with sensitive or personal issues.
- Participate in Interviews, lead operational meetings, andproject management.
- Facilitate coordination oninternal projects and rollouts, cascade and follow-up with the teamand stakeholders.
- Ensure (phone) availabilityand coverage within working hours.
- Ensure GTSand the entire team comply with previously agreed audit controlsand security compliance measures.
- Maintain agood knowledge of the full EMEA scope to support users acrossEU / UK.
- Interest in creating user guides,how-to tutorials, and engaging customers.
- Continuously look to improve, self-challenging, andchallenge the status quo of the department.
- Keep proactively updated in corporate IT projects andbecome a technical expert of the internalinfrastructure.
- Assets accountability,responsible for applying stock controls, supplying and ensuringassets are in acceptable conditions, keeping HW inventorycontinuously updated, and coordinating asset disposal.

Skills, qualifications, and interests youneed to succeed in this role :
- Knowledge of Windows 10, MacOS, networking components,services, inventory tools, deployment software, endpoint managementconsoles, and user profiles.
- Experiencecoordinating projects such as HW or SW implementation, officemoves, assets lifecycle,etc. especially if at internationallevel.
- Experience with Service ticketing andInventory tools (GSD, Jira)
- Excellentcommunication skills in English , bothverbal and written, with the ability to communicate technicalissues to IT and non-specialist audiences at all levels.
- Strong customer service, analytical thinking, research,and interpersonal skills.
- High customer andvendor engagement and negotiation skills with ability to liaisewith commercial
- account managers andsuppliers.
