Join our dynamic team at Axpo as a Lead User Adoption & User Experience and play a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration and productivity within our organization.
In this position, you will lead the adoption of Microsoft 365, Confluence (Mingle), and pioneering generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot across Axpo.
Your mission will be to harness the power of these technologies to redefine how we collaborate, communicate, and innovate.
What you will do :
- Spearhead the end-to-end User Adoption of collaboration tools and Axpo-managed hardware through Group IT’s Collaboration & Workplace services.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, balancing traditional methods with innovative technologies.
- Drive the large-scale adoption of collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365 and Confluence, ensuring effective utilization.
- Develop and implement user engagement strategies to deepen tool utilization.
- Pioneer the adoption of generative AI tools within our collaboration platforms.
- Provide training and support to enhance employee proficiency in collaboration tools.
- Analyze feedback and usage data for continuous improvement of the User Experience.
- Formulate strategies for the adoption of AI tools, ensuring their effective utilization across the organization.
- Work closely with HR, communications, and various business units for a holistic approach to technology adoption.
What you bring & who you are :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
- Experience in leading User Adoption of collaboration tools in a large-scale, international corporation.
- Proficiency in UX design principles and collaboration with UX specialists.
- Interest in emerging generative AI technologies and their impact on collaboration.
- Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
- Awareness of the latest trends in collaboration technology, UX design, and generative AI.
- Experience with change management principles and working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across different functions.
