Additionally, you bring :

7+ years experience in shopping center leasing or rental retail units and 5+ years experience in managerial position, ideally working at international organisations.

Previous successful track record in implementing long-term strategic plans and building strategic long-term partnership in retail business in a change environment through networking.

Proven track record in leading & developing teams through coaching and mentoring in a change environment.

Previous successful experience of working in multicultural environment with the remote teams.

As an integral member of our team, the Lease Category Manager at Ingka Centres plays a pivotal role in driving the long-term success and growth of our offerings.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating long-term trends within the category, providing valuable insights that profoundly impact the category's development.

Your leadership extends to the development of strong and enduring partnerships with key players in the category and through your strategic guidance, you will not only expand their presence in Meeting Places but also enhance their commercial performance.

Strategic negotiations with key partners will be under your scope, ensuring excellence in deal-making and leveraging strategic benefits through close coordination with leasing teams.

Collaborating closely with the Commercial & Digital Domain, you will initiate potential partnerships and initiatives within the category, fostering collaboration with both existing and new partners.

Your leadership responsibilities encompass leading and developing a team of account leaders, coordinating the activities of a fit-for-purpose team contributing to an always-relevant Offer Development Model.

Managing interactions with different contributors you will keep ambition levels relevant and updated, ensuring alignment with Centres' direction and Brand Positioning.

Acting as the central point of contact for Leasing Business Partners, you will provide clarity on the use of different dimensions of the Offer Development Model.

Leading and ensuring the continuous development of the Offer Development Model and value proposition, you will work closely with Concept and Meeting Place teams.

Your role extends to coordinating initiatives at both the Service Office and Meeting Place levels to roll out the Offer Development Model across Sub-Domains.

This involves leading workshops and "train the trainer" sessions, empowering Leasing Business Partners with the autonomy to drive implementation at the local level.

Additionally, you will :

Coordinate with global Sales & Leasing the strategies for specific category and the role with the overall leasing direction.

Follow-up on implementation roadmap per MP and share best practices and good examples with Leasing Business Partners across the portfolio.

Scout on MP level opportunities to develop Attention Makers and Differentiators and liaise with Commercial Business Development Team to secure exploration cases in the right context.

Liaise with Team Leaders and Key Account Managers to identify opportunities with traditional Tenants that can lead to the development of special Partnerships

Support integration of Offer Development Model in the Business Plan.

Actively communicate the progress with the implementation of the Offer Development Model across the organisation generating a strong movement supporting Centres Direction and Brand Positioning.

This role will be based in Madrid, Spain or in Malmö, Sweden and report into our Sales & Leasing Manager, Vasco Santos.

This role belongs to Operations Domain. The purpose of this team is to optimize the meeting place experience for the many people, to drive visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA, and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places.

Achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements, and enhance commercial performance and brand value of the Meeting Places.
