Head of Enterprise Resource Planning and Digitalization(m / f / d)
Aljo is a second-generation familybusiness in the field of aluminum processing with 320 employees anda turnover of approx.
60 million EUR. It consists of theAutomotive, Aerospace and Marine Technologies divisions and hasbeen building innovative lightweight solutions for over 50 years.
You would be responsible for this with us :
- Responsibility for the proALPHAsystem (release version 7.1.e) and support of adjacent IT systems
- Analysis and optimization of businessprocesses in connection with the ERP system based on businessprocess analysis, improvement and documentation as well as changemanagement
- Project management of therelevant project phases to stabilize and develop the ERP systemenvironment
- Digitization of processesoutside the ERP system
- Support andcoordination of management, key users, ERP partners and externalparties as well as conducting training courses
- Release planning of applications and coordination ofimplementation in coordination with the specialist departments aswell as deployment planning of corresponding resources
- Customizing, optimization and maintenance of the ERPsystem
- Error analysis, documentation andrectification
- Creation and support of theauthorization concept
You bringwith you :
- Successfully completedstudies in computer science or business informatics
- Several years of professional experience in a comparabletask environment & in-depth ERP experience
- Business and technical know-how as well as processknowledge
- Basic understanding of servers,networks and clients
- Understanding ofsoftware including programming experience
- Experience in project management with good communication andmoderation skills
- Proactive, structured,solution-oriented and forward-looking approach to work
- Assertiveness, ability to cooperate and work in a teamas well as persuasiveness and willingness to take on responsibility
