As we continue to invest in major programs and strategic initiatives, we are looking for a talented and passionate marketer for our team within the Critical Care business unit.

The Brand Manager is responsible for ensuring that all campaigns and customer facing communication are consistent with and promote our vision, strategy and brand promise.

Keeping clinicians, patients, and employees top of mind is critical to ensuring that we bring life to our strategy, communications, and experiences in ways that resonate with our customers around the globe.

He / she will contribute to the completion of significant organizational projects and goals. To do this, the chosen candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of marketing concepts, principles and frameworks.

The Brand Manager must be able to work in a team environment, closely with the regional and global team members, key opinion leaders, and regional sales managers.

This individual develops solutions to complex problems and takes initiative for continuous process improvement, while bringing new marketing ideas to the organization and developing strategies as well as successfully executing them.

He / she will demonstrate accountability, lead with integrity, and take pride in their work, demonstrating a passion for marketing and branding.

How you will make an impact :

  • Partner with marketing colleagues to develop and drive marketing strategies and initiatives which support regional product launches, indication expansion, and data releases-
  • Regionalize and drive execution of global brand campaigns, assets, and sales tools to top 5 EU markets.
  • Plan and develop communications and materials for programs, events and initiatives, and product launches; manage the production, project management, and approval process of communications and materials across traditional and new media (e.

g., print and digital brochures, ads, exhibit and event content, Web pages, mobile apps, training materials, clinical materials, etc.).

  • Identify key metrics for campaigns, programs, events, and initiatives; analyze and share metrics with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple projects.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on program and project status.
  • Ensure materials developed adhere to corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines and trademark requirements.
  • Manage research projects to support brand strategies.
  • Other incidental duties.

What you will need (Required) :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Or Digital Branding plus minimum 5 years of related work experience OR
  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Digital Branding plus minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Proficient level of English (spoken and written) required, other European languages are a plus.
  • Strict attention to detail .
  • Availability to travel internationally and domestically up to a 25%

What else we look for (Preferred) :

  • Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules, and managing moderate sections of projects.
  • Substantial knowledge and understanding of print and digital channel strategy and of marketing concepts and principles.
  • Experience working in marketing for healthcare industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills, proving the ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment , working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales managers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
  • Experience with Showpad, VeevaVAULT, ClickUp, Knak, and Creatopy is a plus.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
