As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for marketing the Blu brand in Spain, developing its brand image, guidelines, product launches and portfolio extensions.
You will also work closely with sales, digital and trade staff to conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns and strategies that align with the brand's vision, mission and objectives.
Principle Accountabilities
- Create Portfolio Brand Objectives, Targets, Equity & Strategy within the Business.
- Develop Portfolio Brand Activation.
- Establish potential product gaps, redundancies or opportunities to define the portfolio brand product portfolio strategy.
- Oversee and assist in the creation of all channel and online materials so that they speak and breathe the brand image.
- Align with the brand central office (Category and Region) in regular basis objectives, strategy & marketing campaigns throughout the fiscal year.
- Understand the company's vision, mission, objectives, products and services to represent the voice and personality of the brand at various events.
Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant experience as Product / Brand Manager in FMCG or Tobacco industry.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to manage projects in an efficient and effective way at an international environment.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Analytical and results driven oriented.
- Microsoft Office proficient / advanced user (PPT and Excel).
