Senior Brand Project & Strategy Manager (m / f / d)

Location : remote, Germany; remote, Spain

Your responsibilities

• Project management of overarching brand marketing strategic and tactical initiatives, including B2C and B2B, entailing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support prioritised brand initiatives across the Business Unit and Company, together with brand content and creative teams.
• Support on coordinating cross-functional tasks within the Brand Marketing team, ensuring smooth processes and aligning communication.
• Support on implementing the BestSecret brand strategy across business departments and ensuring brand consistency, together with the Head of Brand Marketing.
• Support on further development of the brand strategy, in alignment with business goals while considering brand perception and brand funnel KPIs.

Your qualification

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Proven experience of at least 6 years (agency or client) working on brand strategy, project management and coordinating brand activities (promotional actions, influencer marketing, social media, events, art direction, etc.

in the premium / luxury fashion ecommerce industry.

• Strong project management skills. Comfortable working with KPIs and established deadlines.
• Deep understanding of brand funnels, KPIs and dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate with different creative teams : art direction, design, content, social media, copywriting, etc.
• Excellent English writing skills and communication involving several internal and external stakeholders. German, French or Italian are a plus.
