RRP BRAND& CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY MANAGER

Position purpose :

The purpose of this position is to drive the Consumer Engagement strategy for RRP brands, setting the fundamentals for the brand to deliver a superior consumer brand experience.

You will identify commercial prorities and needs, optimizing investments and resources, building plans according to local regulation and brand strategy.

The role is also the driving force behind the identification of potential Cluster synergies in terms of plans, engagement platforms while managing the lead agency to ensure the best support.

You will lead and develop the assigned team in partnership with the Marketing Managers, fostering collaborative OneTeam mindset.

What will you do responsibilities :

  • Drive the activation strategy for RRP brands, setting the fundamentals for the brand to deliver a superior consumer brand experience, ultimately driving retention, loyalty and advocacy.
  • Identify commercial prorities and needs, building activation plans that support brand KPIs via multiple touchpoints, in line with JTI HQ and Local Management priorities, Brand Guidelines and Legal Requirements.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal (Marketing, Strategic Insights Team, Sales, Procurement, Legal, HQ) and external stakeholders to recommend the optimal RRP activation strategy and deployment
  • Design quality input for the annual plan of consumer activation initiatives, optimizing Consumer Journey based on user needs and the competitive landscape.

Securing an optimal resource allocation in line with the defined budget and brand guidelines, constantly re-assessing allocation after careful evaluation of the main KPIs and ROI

Lead and develop the Activation Team, fostering a collaborative OneTeam mindset.

Who are we looking for requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in orchestrating brand activation platforms, in Food, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Tobacco and in communication agencies.

Have experience in strategy and planning of modern omnichannel activation

  • Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills
  • Autonomous with proven ability to manage complex projects :
  • Strong commercial acumen, Data driven individual
  • Balanced skillset : strategic, analytical and communications
  • Ability to work within a fast paced evolving environment
  • People management and ability to influence without authority
