What you will do
- Client Management : Take charge of client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strategic Insight : Apply knowledge of business and organizational principles to construct actionable insights. Supervise strategy development, change management plans, and business case creation.
- Project Oversight : Provide project management oversight to meet client expectations.
- Responsibilities : Develop presentations, manage external relationships and consultant progress, and provide status reports.
- Analytical Leadership : Conduct analyses to define client needs, supervise research activities, and lead advanced data analyses on client, competitor, and industry data.
- Team Motivation : Motivate team members to further develop their careers by providing on-the-job learning, continuous feedback, and guidance on academic development.
Provide information and availability regarding Metyis Social engagement with volunteer work and motivate team participation.
What you’ll bring
- Experience : Over 6 years of consulting experience, potentially combined with relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years at a project lead level.
- FMCG and / or beverage sector experience.
- Management and Communication : Strong management and communication skills. Customer-centric and passionate about delivering great digital products and services.
Proven client management, fostering and creating new client relationships, providing guidance to teams, and owning the responsibility for engagement quality.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills and ability to develop leading-edge business models and frameworks for analysis.
- Technical Skills : Experience in setting up automated testing frameworks including unit tests and integration tests. Proficiency in Advanced SQL, data transformation, and data profiling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pyspark), R. Demonstrated engineering craftsmanship mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to convey designs and ideas to a wider audience.
- Autonomy : Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous.
- Data Warehousing : Solid knowledge of data warehousing principles, concepts, and best practices (e.g., ODS, data marts, data lakes, data vault, 3NF).
- Language Skills : Fluency in Spanish and English.
