We are currently looking to fill the position of Risk Strategy Manager within the Risk Management team. At Ouro, the customer is at the center of our decisions and Risk Management is focused on controlling risk, while enabling profitable growth. This role will have a direct impact on our mission. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, providing insights and proposing the optimized strategies we need to ensure our portfolio of products operate within loss and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills. This role also requires endless curiosity and the passion to understand our customers. As Risk Operations - Risk Strategy Manager, your responsibilities will be:Analyze transaction and customer data to develop fraud and risk control strategies needed to deliver on portfolio performance goalsBuild and publish dashboards for ongoing monitoring of strategy performance.
