Sports stadiums have Digital Perimeter Signage Systems (LEDs) that surround the pitch. On these LED systems advertising can be displayed via playout software.
AIM's brand department offers design & consultancy services to brands who want exposure to the global TV audience. The role is to acquire new brands & manage existing ones in the German-speaking markets for AIM. Specifically :
New Business Development
Identify and approach a target list of brands in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Forge connections with potential clients (brands) by adopting a consultative approach to Digital Perimeter Signage solutions.
Pitch AIM Sports products to potential clients both virtually and on-site, highlighting our key features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts with new clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Keep track of ongoing business metrics through the utilization of Pipedrive CRM.
Account Management
Act as the main commercial contact for brands along with the Customer Success Manager.
Strengthen and cultivate ongoing relationships with acquired brands, focusing on strategically promoting and expanding the adoption of AIM Sport's products and services through effective upselling techniques.
Participate in sales conventions and meetings with a focus on active engagement, impactful presentations, and effective networking to maximize business opportunities.
Basic qualifications
2 years experience in outbound sales.
Completed studies with degrees in Business, Marketing, Media, or Legal fields; a Master’s degree in a sports-related field will be considered an advantage.
Skilled in working with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
C2 German and C2 English; other languages are a bonus.
Preferred qualifications
- Demonstrated success in roles related to Sales, Account Management or Marketing.
- Proven track record demonstrating sound business judgment and the ability to influence others.
- Previous hands-on experience working with international brands, highlighting a global perspective and cultural sensitivity in business dealings.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity, and a track record of delivering results under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong aptitude for delivering compelling and impactful presentations.
