Job Summary
Provide temporary support on Personal Care, specially Sanex brand to deliver all KPIs including net sales, share, and margin objectives in alignment with Divisional strategies and initiatives.
Work closely with Countries and Central Brand Team organizations to drive Sanex business growth plans.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Co-lead Sanex brand plans to achieve Net sales, margin, profit and share targets for the Hub.
Manage hub / countries portfolio evolution, commercialisation process, P&L creation and 5Ps launch.
Coordinate NPs launch for Southern Europe Hub (SEH), manage products artwork and SKUs development and approval processes across SEH.
Collaborate in the Go To Market process including working closely with the Central Brand Team in providing necessary country input for SEH.
Lead local adaptation / translation of advertising materials from Division Brand Team. Manage approval processes including central brand team / legal approvals, artwork and Shelf Ready Packaging.
Be the brand guardian for in store campaigns.
Coordinate advertising budget, using key processes including Ebuy.
Participate in the definition of annual brand plan and ensure full stakeholder alignment.
Prepare monthly KPI performance review for category / sub-brand, and provide required information and analysis. Coordinate cross country market analysis and insights / information gathering.
Communicate risks and opportunities to the Marketing Manager.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably Marketing or Business / Economics (with a focus on Marketing)
Proficient skills in Google Sheets, docs & slides is required
English, both written and oral; Spanish is a plus
Presentation skills & Ability to present to large groups of customers or peers
