WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be a key contributor within the Boston Consulting Group Spain Marketing department, assisting in the effort of reinforcing BCG's positioning within the Spanish Business Community.
You will support the Communications and Marketing Team in all of BCG's external communication activities (branded content, event organization, digital presence, media relations) as well as in the internal reporting and communication of the department.
Your Key Responsibilities will be :
- Support the BCG Marketing Team across all marketing and communication activities, aligning with BCG's strategic goals.
- Manage operational tasks : maintain the marketing calendar, support in coordinating internal meetings, etc
- Contribute to the Newsroom with specific focus on analyzing press results.
- Assist in content creation for media, internal communications and social media platforms.
- Help in organizing external events with clients and alumni.
- Support operations of CRM (Salesforce) and email marketing (Marketo).
- Prepare internal presentations, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Collaborate on campaign preparations and support the team in : mailings, newsletters, web and social media updates, and press and alumni relations.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Studying Marketing, Economics, Advertising, or Communications studies (must be currently enrolled in an accredited college / university / master’s program) and available immediately.
- Initial practical experience in marketing, advertising, communications & press agencies, or event management is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like CRM Salesforce, Marketo, PowerBI, and Adobe Creative.
- Competence in creating PowerPoint presentations and using Excel.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
